We ordered some wholesale stuff from them, it came but not all of it, as we needed everything arrive at the same time, we called them and asked for refund on items we didnt get, they said they will do it, but never done. We called 6 times after that they have been telling us exactly the same thing every time we called: they will do it right now. But it never happen! Then they started to put us on hold for 20min, hung up on us, ignore whatever we have been saying.
