I have ordered items and returned items that have not been credited. I have contacted them by phone and by email. It was along time ago so I dont have order numbers or phone but I do remember when I called they were very rude and said call back which I did several times finally I just stopped shopping there. I didnt realize there was anything that could be done or I would have everything on paper or recorded. One thing they did quite often was have a deal that you had to order really fast I was on their site and tried to order it and they were out there is no way that could happen that was a scam. I called and told them and they didnt care at all. She told me when its gone its gone. At the time on facebook there were several people that said the same thing. These were deals like $20 for an IPad stuff like that. I tried and tried and never did get anything even if your right there you go to buy it and they say they are gone. Unbeleiveable. I complained to them alot about things that were sent back and I even sent some with signature required and they managed to slip out of that.
