I am a cigarette smoker who is trying to quit. So looked up ezsmoker.com and it was on tv. It said that I would have a free thirty day trial, and that I would only have to pay for shipping and handling for 9.95. If I was not satisfied I could send it back. I checked my account, and found out that they charged 259.70. I called customer service and was told that two orders were made. I then told them that I want my money back, then I was told that I would get everything back except for 79.00 which is totally wrong. I believe that this is false adversement and they are purposely cheating people money. I have also read othe complaints about this product, and they seem to be complaining about basically the same thing. I need help Sheryl Graham
