I was basically misled by the manager at the Hungarian branch of Teletrade. Teletrade is a Russian based forex broker. 3 ways I believe I was misled.

1.information on their website about monthly percentages and unrealistic profits of their private Russian traders.
2. The Manager at the branch did not clearly outline the risks involved compared to my account size (He let me trading with 1lots=10usd per pip, despite of the fact that my initial acount size was 5000usd.)
3. Also later on I found out, that the company is not registered with the Hungarian Financial Authority
