Repeated phone calls from a Michael Anderson who was then with Express Home Solutions, 595 Stewart Ave. Suite 720 Garden City NY 11530-516-280-7811 to modify my mortgage. Sent $1500 in April of Then name changed to Empire Savings. Could no longer contact anyone, mailboxes always full, if someone did answer the phone they couldn't transfer you to anyone, it was horrible. Finally after a year of utter nonsense, I called my lender and they said they hadn't heard a thing from this Empire Savings. I want my $1500 back so I can apply to my mortgage.
