I left my 4 year old Toyota Corrolla with 355 Toyota for a regular 30,00 maintenance work whike I went out of town for the day. I reveived a call telling me that I needed new tires, brakes, and several fluid changes. I had no way of checking the parts, so i took their word for it. The total cost was $1500.
Upon discussions with other mechanics, not associat4d with 355 Toyota, I learned that the tires and brakes should not have been in such a poor condition as to need replacement. The fluid changes they oerformed were not requested in the manual.
