I had to send a money order, cuz my partner thinks everybody is out to do identy theft... So when they recieved it they called me and I knew right away not good, cuz there asking me questions that are personal about how many credit cards,? Whats the limit? What do you owe on them stuff like that but they wanted to call back when my partner was home and I told them he would tell me to do what I wanted to do, so needless to say there not to happy at this point and after awhile I finally forced myself to call and ask for a refund (they say its a 365 day return) Then the next couple of times I call the receptionist says somebody will be returning your call... Finally they pass me on to whoever who says they have never heard of me or my email address, bla bla bla! Ok, I admit at the end I raised my voice to this "person"cuz he was inessence calling me a lyer and I wasn't haven it!
