Was contacted several times by a man who called himself David Anderson. Claiming to be from Grant Dept. I dismissed the call numerous times because I could not understand him. I think he had a Jamacian accent. After I told him I wasn't interested he kept calling. Today to my surprise I got another call from him but this time his voice was so muffled that I could barely make out what he was saying I only caught his name. When I asked him to please clarify himself on the phone it went dead.
