A person giving the name of Victor Wales, claimed he works for the U.S. Government Grant Dept. Claimed I was one of 1500 people who was approved to get a $7,000 gov grant. He called my cell phone from #926-546-2166, giving me a claim # and then was supposedly transferring me to supervisor "Carol" who was going to verify my information. The transfer did not go thru. He gave me a # I could call (202-621-0716) for more information.
