My mother bought a jeep and financed it thru Chrysler Financial. It was paid off a long time ago but she never recieved a lien release. Wecalled them an was told that she would have to pay for a lien release. I believe this to be a scam. After faithfully making all of her payments on time, she gets charged for a paid in full reciept (lien release)
