Road Loans: Traid Financial Roadloans Payed off loan never got lien release, its in the mail

On 10/23 payed off loan on vehicle after 6 years of timely payments. They sent me a letter telling me the loan was payed off and a promissory note marked payed that was not even the note I signed when I purchased the vehicle. Mo requires a notarized lien release from the lien holder but I never got it. Called Traid Financial and they had changed to Santander Consumer USA, Inc. I talked to a man in the title department and he told me he would send one out that day. Never got it yet!!
