I was charged 94.00 on my government debit/credit card for these so called free coupons and never recieved anything but the bill. Also they said i would recieve a 50.00 voucher for target or walmart and that was also never recieved. Once u take off charges on this type of card u do not ever get reimbursed because the only people that can put money on the card is the UNITED STATE of AMERICA'S GOVERNMENT via Social Security u urself cannot even add ur own money if u have any, this is one way the government keeps us poor.
