I have received no further communication from this seller.

The entire record of this dispute is granted to eBay and PayPal to take appropriate action against this seller for false advertising and fraud.

For the record here on eBay, is a summation of my dispute:

On March 28, when I purchased this SEA-440 charge controller, it was being advertised as having pure SILVER contacts, (not "sliver") and good for millions of cycles. Which is the reason that I bought it.

Just recently, I discovered through these documents what it is that I had been sold:

The contacts are not pure SILVER, and that it is rather poor quality junk in the opinion of these testers. It is NOT the high quality unit that I had been led to believe, plus it will destroy your very expensive battery bank.

This is false advertising and fraud. (A way of doing business for this seller.) My loss is $162.90.

After numerous private emails filled with lies from this seller, plus the record here on eBay, they refuse to refund my money, or to respond to my further emails. I have attempted to receive a refund since my very first email, and again after they claim that I would not accept a full refund! I ABSOLUTELY WILL ACCEPT A FULL REFUND. I have the SEA-440 charge controller in it's original new condition.
