I placed an order for feather hair extensions ($238.00), made the payment. Then was asked to pay for shipping insurance ($215.00, $200.00 was refundable) and paid it. Then was told package was too small, couldn't be shipped overseas and needed to double the order (another $238).
Delayed this option until they offered it at 1/2 price and guaranteed 100% that shipment would come, another payment made ($119.00). Now they claim the director has changed his mind and will not ship without full payment (another $119.00). Every time a payment is made they come up with a reason for more money.
