I found a black 2006 Honda Civic Ex coup on Craigslist for $2600.00 in San Francisco area.
I contacted email provided, and get answer instructed buy car through ebay motors with buy-it-now option and a VPP insurance promise.By that time a car was located in 5401 E Nisbet Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. When I proceed I got instruction to pay by Western Union money-in-minute to "ebay financing agent" Peter Barnes, 1416 W Harrison St, Chicago, Illinois 60607. I payed $2600.00 $191.00 fee, after he receive it he asked me to pay another $ 1000.00 $86.00 fee for covering insurance to another agent: Harold Clark, 5742 Pennock Point Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458. When I read that I started to understand, that is something wrong with it. I contacted ebay customer service and found that is fraudulent transaction. Member ID and item number is not genuine, nether car was on ebay listing, and any transaction from craigslist "posted" on ebay is not covered with ebay motors VPP insurance.
