We also received a notice that looked very much like a penalty for failing to comply with requirements for posting employee notices. My wife had me look it over and it turns out to be a sales gimmick to get us to buy signs that we already have.

I was written in such a fashion that it made it difficult to read through all of the legalese to determine that it was just a scam.
