This company contacted me on 10-19 regarding a timeshare I am trying to sell. I was very forthright throughout the entire process that With a right of rescission (7days) which was submitted as required OOA 11:40AM on the 25th of October and to this date I cannot get a straight answer from anyone regarding my refund or a contract for signature. I have and still have continued to speak to people at that office who even have a clue about what is going on. A scam is definitely being played on innocent people and i am looking for any other ways to shake these peoples tree.
