I had contacted a loan co about a mortgage loan i dont remeber which one there on tv. Any way i recieved a e mail from a co that specialises in low credit scores they asked me how much i wanted to borrow i said 75,000 to buy and rehab for disabled they asked for basic info just like any normal lender but did not ask for a ss# thats a good thing they did ask for a state i d no i didnot send it i recieved a loan approval notice stating that they would be willing and are able to grant the loani faxed my acceptance of terms as well as by e maili sent a request for funds in the amt of $25,000 to get the down on my house and inspections fees exct i recieved a e mail this morning telling me i had to send them $850 by w u suposedly refundable so as to run a check on my bank she said there were doubious borrowers out there i pointed out to them in a return e mail that there were more doubious lenders and told them i suspected that they would take the 850 i wouldnt get the loan money and on top of that would be out the money i sent them there was no mention of any security dep on the loan the first red flag went up when i called you could tell you were talking to someone over seas and they use magic jacks to forward the calls from the states to the mid east how do i know that becuse i called for a status and the answering said themagic jack person you wish to speak with is not avail please leave a message aint that nice??
