I was looking for federal help in housing and this website appears. For $2.95 it would allow me to get the appropriate paperwork i needed. Well after paying the fee, i realized that nothing they offered was what i was looking for. At no time was there any indication on their website nor their email, that after 24hrs, i would be enrollled into some membership. Then 2 days later, they withdrew $57.61 from my acct. I called them immed. And cancelled everything and demanded my money back. The person on the other line, who you could not understand, gave me an email address to write and ask for a refund. I alerted my bank to not allow any more money given to them.
