Ripoff 8500.00limit, took $200, return in vouchers to shop in their store

Offered credit card 8,500. Monthly payments 199.00. Took the money two times because my fiance applied at the same time and i didnot know about it. So we called and they returned vouchers for us to shop at there store. This was in nov, dec 03. So now as of this date, they are sending me past due letters of 199.00 monthly i/we havenot bought anything from them i/we havenot even used thier card.
