They were charging me on a recurring basis each month and slipping through quick glances of my statements because we only use one card to do all transactions. I hate memberships, would never sign up for anything like this, and have no idea how they obtained my information. It was apparently through a phone transaction where one merchant passes all information to the evil Sem Value Plus. These people have been run out of 3 states now and currently operate in Minnesota.
