I have been charged $19.95 for each of these programs since March 3 - a total of $280 on my Visa, which I have not authorized. Furthermore, I have made phone calls to cancel these memberships, but to no avail. I have not used these programs, and will not. Today I spoke to them again and they have agreed to reimburse me for 3 months. What about the other 4 months? This is a bad scam, and I will await the credit on my Visa, which should be $120. As far as I'm concered, they still owe me $160. Please HELP! C. Edmonds
