When I ordered a book purchase, they didn't indicate these damn things were included, so I emailed them, attempted to cancel, and they said they would honor it. They have not, and I have never even opened them nor read them but they charged my credit card. I had to get a new card. They still sent them-then a bill/i didn't even read them. I have a disability and have been exploited.
