Signed up for this service on 10/24, with the understanding that after a 3-day trial period I would be charged a $74.93 monthly site maintenance fee. Ok, I was fine with that. I was not satisfied with their service. So today, 11/1, I put in several calls to them asking for a refund of this fee. It CLEARLY states in their terms of service that if you aren't completely satisfied, they will return your money. They are NOT abiding by this, and I have since also filed a complaint with the Western Michigan Better Business Bureau.
