Went to to Squeaky Clean car wash. 2381 Foxon Rd N Branford CT 06471. Sign on kiosk stated the price for this wash was $ 24.00, Swiped my charge card, receipt stated that I was charged $ 41.00. The attendant not only refused to discus the matter, he became foul mouthed and abusive and decided to refuse entrance into the wash bay. I parked by the entry doors and walked inside the building and spoke to a girl, who stated she was the service manager. She advised us to have a seat, while my car was cleaned, and she would talk to the attendant. While we were waiting, loud profanity and yelling could be heard. This was very frightening. A man came into the waiting room and told us that our car was done. When we came out, we noticed that this was not our car at all. My car was still parked by the doors on the side of the building where I had left it. I told the man that it wasn't our car. I told him to cancel the wash. I was still charged $ 41 to my Discover Card. I disputed the charge with Discover card, and Discover sided with the merchant.
