I noticed a charge on my account for $99.49, I called the company, www.pmc.com numerious times and can not get a returned phone call, then October 24 another charge of $99.49 was taken from the same company. On October 25th a credit of $99.40 was put on my account. I finally got in touch with the company this morning, and the woman hung up on me once I explained the situation, now when ever I call they hang up on me and refuse to talk to me. They keep telling me that there is no supervisor or manager available!
