I ordered the trial offer for $1.99 AUD. When I received it on 9/14, that was okay, but then the next day 9/15 the $81.00 had already been taken from my visa a/c. So what happened to the 30 days free trial they promised. Mind you I was presuming I was paying for a small sample to try, not receive a full jar. But after emailing customer service, I said "I would send it straight back If they honestly would refund my money". But they sent me a really stupid email reply stating "I can keep the product". I replied, "I'm sure I can keep the bloody product it considering I've already stuffing paid for it". Dumb arses.
Since then I've shut down my visa a/c and today 9/27 they've sent me a full bottle of Juveneu Anti Wrinkle Serum, up their arse as they can't access my visa to deduct the money, especially since I hadn't ordered it and they said they had taken me off their customer list.
