Horrible Customer Service - customer service

The experience started on a hot 95 degree August day. My wife and I ordered ice cream and asked for no nuts seeing as she has a bad allergy reaction if ingested. After recieving the incorrect order I asked if they would remake the dish because of the allergy. The workers ssaid that I would have to pay extra for another order because of the wasted ice cream. A little aggrevated by the lack of customer service I asked for my money back and to my dismay was told to comeback when I know how to order. I Will never go back to this location every again.
