Withholding

I am a US Citizen and a Washington State resident of 22 years. Though I am a great person of good intent; I have no criminal record, drug or alcohol problems, issues of legality or health. I am being horribly mistreated by Washington State. I am educated, worked and paid taxes since I was 12, served in the US Armed Forces and I am a Mother to my 9 year old son. At the beginning of 2011 I was forced away from my son by illegal means; blatant, unsubstantiated lies by my son's father. My son had lived with me his whole life up until then. Since then, he has gone to court and changed the parenting arrangement to completely exclude me.

Nearly all of my unemployment compensation, which I worked many years to pay into, is being taken in child support, my car is gone, my son being withheld from me entirely, my money is gone, my retirement/IRA is gone, my cat is gone, my home is gone, my friends are gone, and my family is gone. I am being persecuted relentlessly for no reason. I am being forced onto food benefits but it is not even enough to buy food with at $75 a month. And there is not enough money to pay rent and support myself. I am being forced to stay in the State with my son dangling as the bait.

If I leave this country I will be accused of abandonment and will never has a legal right to my son. Why are you doing this to me? What is the point of all this? How is it appropriate, morally sound, or productive to completely ruin me to the point that I can't function? I am no where near retirement age and I am very proactive in looking for work. This is an egregious violation of my Constitutional Rights, and a breech of trust of the legal system. I want my son back in my life! Why am I being exploited by you? Emergency Unemployment Compensation is federal monies for that expressed purpose. How is it that you can take it as state child support? I do not want my federal tax money spent on Washington State's ridiculous laws regarding families.
