Ripoff and unorganized

I started Devry about a year ago ever since, all I've received from this school is aggravation and headaches. I have dvr which is a rehabilitation for students with learning disabilities it helps you pay for schooling, in order to receive the money the school you are attending has to sign the voucher and than send it to the main campus which in this case was the Chicago campus than they sign the voucher than sends it back to the Dvr. They lost my voucher for 6 months, I couldn't receive any of my money. They did not tell me this however until I didn't receive my leftover financial aid money and they took my security deposit for my housing as well. It took me and my mom both going and talking to the head person of that area to find out where my voucher was, finally someone simply walked to registrar and found it sitting on a desk... 6 months later. Still it took another month for them to even do their job and send it out. I fought for some of my money back from my financial aid because my dvr covered most of my schooling and I used all the online books instead of purchasing books. I should've receive a few hundred in aid back on top of my $250 security deposit they gave me only $318 back. Than I wanted to attend during summer as well when I was misinformed from their financial employee that summer courses didn't accept financial aid and dvr does not cover summer. I had no money to attend until I found out a little to late during the summer that they do accept financial aid during summer. I went to sign up for my fall classes, last session I had taken a math class 032,092 and i believe the other math course is 114, i'm not positive. During that class you can finish as much as you can, the only mandatory exam to finish was the 032, if you went ahead you wouldn't have to take the classes next session. I ended up finishing up until 092, when I went to sign up for my classes they told me because I didn't enroll in the summer course that 092 exam I had taken did not count and I would have to redo it all over. I also went to community before enrolling in Devry and I had intro to comps credits and they told me that did not count to transfer when I had an A in that class.in the beginning I was told all my credits would transfer. As you can see I have had such a hard time with not only this school but the staff there have bad attitudes, and are very unorganized and aren't educated well enough in their job. I would get different things from different employees I never knew which was true or not, I was tired of playing the guessing game. I finally dropped out of Devry on the circumstances of being frustrated and discouraged, I applied and got accepted into another school. Although i'm not enrolled with Devry anymore I still have to deal with them for my credit transfers and paperwork etc. I have been waiting longer than the maximum days to receive my official transcripts, I filled out the paper and it was a choice to either pick them up in person or have them mailed directly to me. I chose to pick it up in person but the employee at the desk gave me an attitude saying I had to fill out both I didn't want to argue I just did it. Yet I haven't received anything in the mail nor a call from them saying my transcript are ready for pick up. This has been the worst college i've ever attended, I cant believe all the trouble I went in about a year.
