Hi,

This is regarding fraud exercise happening with us.

My wife has just come to USA for some days and she wanted to join ”Lucille Roberts” for 1 month. So we went to 338 Central Avenue Jersey City, NJ 07307 branch for this. Your executive Steffany told my wife that she can join us only for 1 month and there is no annual membership.

She took $40 in cash for it and gave no receipt. Now we have come to know that she enrolled my wife in 2 years membership and we need to pay cancellation fee for termination membership in 1 month.

This is real cheating with us. She gave us false information and now expecting us to pay for cancelling membership. My wife joined your GYM on Oct-18 and wanted to continue GYM only till Nov-17 because she is leaving to India on Nov-25.

Please take a immediate action on this or else I will report a fraud case.
