Company makes claim to hold your funds in an escrow acount and settle your debt. Meanwhile there is nothing in my account all they do is take your money and call it fee's. I am being sued by the creditors and they told me that there is nothing that they can do because I owe this debt. That I should file for bankruptcy.in there intial contract that make all kind of claims that they can get you out of debt legally and they will help with any court action. That's what there fee's are suppose to be for but they do nothing but e-mail you letters and make you send them out certified mail!
