On the 14/10 I ordered the free trial of Ultra Slim for a total cost of $6.44. It was delivered to me on 29/10. As per the terms and conditions you have 14 days to call and cancel your account or they then deduct a further $174.31 from your account for a 2nd shipment that you do not authorise. I made this phone call and they still took the money. I am now fighting them with the help of my bank to try and get them to refund the money. Plus I am also out of pocket a further $15.55 for the payment to return the 2nd package.
Be very very careful when doing this - if you order the free trial, make sure you cancel within 14 days of the order placed and also make sure your bank are made aware so they can't take the further funds. This can sometimes only be done by cancelling your card and asking for a new one.
