Refunds not Being Issued

I've been an avid mail order customer of Casual Living for many years.in August I returned a few items for refund. When I followed up by phone, the recording said they have gone out of business and filed bankruptcy. I sent a letter, Certfied mail, and it was returned to me today, Undeliverable. Can anyone give me any advice on handling this? Since they definitely received the unworn merchandise, I feel I am entitled to my refund.
