Orbitz - Deceptive practices

Orbitz opted me into travel insurance without my consent - then gave me the run around when I tried to get it refunded. Opting you in to things without your knowledge is at best unethical and at worst criminal. I'm sure there was a box to check somewhere on the site that allowed you to not buy the insurance - but this underhanded, deceptive practice is the reason that Orbitz has a horrible reputation
