We have been sending in payments before the due dates and they are not getting credited in a timely manner causing your collection people to call me at all times of the day! Trying to push me to do a direct payment. I will not put your company on auto-payments. You can't get my payments applied correctly. I have a check that was sent on 10/10 and as of tonight it's still not credited!
