Centex Home Equity No Proper Statements or Crediting Payments Properly

I am concerned for myself and others that have dealings with Nationstar and the 2 or 3 other names they use they are not a mortgage lender to my knowledge they strickly handle the collection
of the mortgages for there clients.
They call many times some weeks showing different names and phone numbers and never leaving a message. They have had my account since last fall as my account was sold from another lender.
I had repeatedly asked them for a monthly statement and they have not yet supplied me with my monthly payment record and breakdown. These people have more excuses and never any real results from them. They have come up with one reason or another why I owe them more money when my payments have been current and I have sent some of my monthly payments requiring a signature to them confirming they had received payment, yet I see they had not been processed for as long as a week or ten days later. Why.
It makes me feel like I am dealing with a scam company the way they do business.
They have even sent letters that tell you how to use western union to make your payments,
what are they up to, I said who is going to pay that fee and why is it you need the payment so quickly when you don't even process them as you should and credit the payment asap.
People are losing homes and now you have to worry about a company that has your mortgage
is honest and can they or will they swindle you out of your home. No faith or trust there.

I agree with another clients complaint for all he/she complaints with this company.
