Caller said he was from Microsoft and their equipment showed I was having a virus on my computer which was sending them error messages. He said for a little bit of money (lots to me) they could clean up the computer and install a program that would keep the computer virus free forever. He said it would not be necessary to purchase another Norton anti-virus program. Supposedly the name of the caller was Dave Wilkins. I hesitated to do this but decided if it was from Microsoft it should be legitimate.
