For all of the people ripped off by these companies, here are two more customer service numbers for these companies:

Keep calling them. They will not give you your money back willfully unless you persist. I have been calling them as often as 30 times a nite asking them "when will I get my money back", "why can't your bank just credit my account", "how can you take money out of my account without my permission", "why won't you cancel me and refund my money that you took", "why do your checks bounce when cashed" etc.

Remember be reasonably nice and polite - it is a crime to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse or harass over the phone. It is also unlawfull not to identify yourself, However these people are aware of the callers number and name and may record the conversation.

That said - Go ahead and CALL CALL CALL. Call during TV comercials, doing the dishes, on the throne. CALL CALL CALL

Show them that you will not take this laying down. Then tomorrow, call them again.

The above mentioned companies as well as American Values are associated with First American Investments S.A. And First American Processing of Florida. (www.cnaworks. Con/ooze/works / Firstamericanprocessing) These companies specialize in setting up telemarketing operations, consumer service centers (probably only the one), mail forwarding and virtual offices (which means you can't find them once they have your money).

These companies utilize the services of Universal Payment Solutions, 6 Penns trail suite 201, Newton PA 18940. (www.universalpaymentsolutions.com) These people are NETCHEX and TELECHEX and serve as the collecting arm of the group. These are not independant firms, they are contracted by the head company to remove money from your accounts at specified intervalls (first 1.95 to see if it works, then 139.90, and later 119.90,79.95 etc.)

They count on most people not noticing the amounts, or excusing them as normal withdrwawls, or of getting too tiered of running into dead ends to persue it.netCHEX and TELECHEX operate outside of the regulations followed by reputable companies, and as their webpage discribes: "open the door to a universe of untapped potential customers... And... (we) allow you to establish the limits, # of checks, dollar amount and velocity of checks.

They will not stop taking the money untill you close your account, they will not give you your money back untill you CALL CALL CALL CALL
