I was searching for grant assistance for my niece. During the search for federal assistance, a webpage came up about millions in federal aid that go unspent every year. I logged on, was suspicious but because I was told that I could try the software and return, I bit.
I used the grant assistance online and let them charge me $2.97 until I got my CD. The grants I searched regarding the degree she is seeking were always "unknown at this time" or something of that nature. I figured then and there it was a scam.
