I spoke to a foreign speaking gentlemen on 9/23 about savings club. I accepted the agreement. He said it would be several days before it would be sent to my bank. I called on 9/26 to cancel. They charged my account on 9/28 for $99.49 and again on 9/29 for $99.00. I emailed them. I spoke to a representative, and the representative stated that I would receive my refund as soon as they received payment from my bank. I emailed them again today 10/28. I received a call again from another representative stating that they still haven't received the payment from my bank. I have my bank statement showing that they were paid on 9/28 & 9/29
