Lowes laid 4 rooms and Hall of Carpet on the 5/13/10. I worked with them a year. One room was a different color. And all the seams were gapped. 6 to 10 from there came looking and taking pictures of it. They all said something was wrong. But one would say it was shading, next one would say it was turned wrong. And one told the truth it was a different texture. So they would lay new.
So the did. This time it is worse then the first. It has A big 2 in. Splint in it. And Lowes brought in another installer and he said it cannot be repaired. So this time I am asking for my money back.
But they do not want to do that. I have never done anything like this before. So I don't know what kind of Lawyer I need. Can you help me?
