Myself and my sister were approached at carnes hill shopping centre, by a lady that worked for this company. She offered us a photo sitting for our families valued at $150 for $20 eachs. We arranged the booking and later on realised we didnt want the service under the impression we would loose our $40 booking fee. Another lady called to confirm a booking that I didn't make, saying that i agreed to a $100 cancellation fee. Which we both never were informed. We also was told that if we did go in for the sitting we paid for that we have to buy atleast one photo or a package, which we also were not told. The documentation we were provided was a hand written reciept and an old promotional flyer, which also did not disclose any of this information.
