Every day for the past two weeks, from varying area codes - the same $2.98 charged to any C/C or Debit/C is said to get a person $100 off anywhere - Coffee houses, all retail stores, gasoline sale, tobacco sales, liquor sales, restaurants... Usually by a male voice who's English is questionable; once by a female with poor language skills. Amazingly, these calls come from areas 202,304, 305,706 and others according to my cell-phone. They always began the same way - describing the "benefits" of the supposed discount card, then when finished with the spiel, you are handed off to a C/C info taker.
