I had been to a local Feastival where they had a table and were doing a drawing for a Free Consultation. My sister and I both put one in. 2 weeks later WE both get calls saying we are winners for a free Consultaion. WEIRD how we both won the drawing. I then thought I will go ahead and check it out and gave her information on the phone and scheduled an appointment. She said I need your credit card info just incase your a no show, and you have 24 hrs. To cancell. I thought well maybe this is something I needed. After reviewing my schedule and relizing that my mom and surgery on that day I scheduled I had to call and cancell which was 30 min. Later. She said well I can reschedule you, I asked her to call me back Friday and I will see wwht I have. No one ever called me back. Nice way to give a WINNER a gift! Charge them $75.00 for THEM not doing their job. Nice Customer Service and great way to run a buisness. On top of that I was charged $32.00 for OVERDRAFT fees. And messed up my Electricity bill.
All because I couldn't make the appointment and was waiting to reschedule. Not I place I want to join NOW!
