When I first received my next card no where on the application stated that you will be billed additional for a different kind of card. The only thing stated is that you had a option of what picture you would like on your credit card. I was later billed for it and to include some kind of points sign up. This information was only given to me when I called the card company to state that I was temporary unemployeed and couldn't make that month payment. The customer service people and collections are not very good. The girl at the desk who took my call noticed that I was signed up for unemployeement insurance but didn't offer to put me on it. When I further enquired on it, I was told my situation didn't apply. Which I wasn't enformed sooner. Plus I was also being charge large amounts of fees, to include still being billed 30.00 a month for that insurance when you become unemployed. My credit limit was only 300.00 unsecure, and with all there fees and finance charges brought my amount to over 400.00. They eventually took off all the outrageous fees and charges. But it took a lot of calling, sweat and tears to get it done. I was about 7 1/2 months pregnant. Many times I almost had a baby dealing with there customer service desk. Plus they asked for a number where I was for the monent, so they could call me back in case we got disconnected. They kept calling that number through out the day, to get a payment because I was over the amount. Although I was making a payment monthly. They bothered my family for months to include hanging up on them and calling on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I didn't even live there. KandyGaithersburg, Maryland
