Unknowingly cashed a Fraud Cashiers Check
Bank happily gave me $2950.00 when I only had approx $750 in my accounts.
I did what Timi Chris told me to do and dispurse out according.
I will fight to not pay all of this.
The bank teller should have stated that I don't get cash until they see if the Cashiers Check goes thru because I do not have the funds to cover for it if not good.
Ended up I did get Scammed. The signature on Cashiers Check was forged.
