The same as many other comments ordered some tall 3 button boots they were supposed to be £63 instead they took nearly £68 from mt account I have sent them numerous messages and alerted my neighbours to refuse any parcel that if one even turned up (which I doubt) I have emailed them on numerous occasions and had a breif response from one (ANNE) saying they will look into it. I have also contacted my bank and removed all other funds from my account to stop them taking anymore. I am furious!!! I know I should have seen the prices were too good to be true but I have gotten some great bargins over the years by using the web. Is there anything else I can do to get a refund?
