I have been calling trying to speak to someone about my vehicle service and all i get is that calls are over whelmed, leave a message and someone will get back with me. Its now been 4 days and no return call. Once before, i kept calling and the place were i had service done on my vehicle and they couldn't get through either. It took a week and a half after my vehicle was repaired in order for the dealer to get a release because Zing was not answering calls or returning any. But they automatically get their payment out of my account each month.
