I purchased a warrenty for my 2007 Range Rover, when repairs were needed I could not get ahold of anyone from ZING by e-mail or phone to get prior approval or to report my claim. When I did call, someone answered the phone and stated this was not ZING, however, prior to that person answering the phone when I was on hold, the answering machine stated it was ZING. I paid close to $4 thousand for the warrenty, now I'm paying for the need repairs in excess of $900.00. This zing auto protection is a total scam.
